We had a lot of fun on Easter! I don't know what it is about kids, but they sure make the holidays a lot more fun!!
Here is the boy on Easter morning. We sent him on a little hunt for his basket. He wasn't sure what to think about the whole thing. Until he found a basket full of candy, shirts and toys that is!

Later on that day we headed out to the in-laws for dinner and a Easter egg hunt. As you can see, teaching was necessary in the beginning. Oh and don't mind the purple pumpkin (basket) the boy is carrying. Purple is an Easter color, right? I know, I know... I had to improvise as he ran out the door!
I really can't get enough of his cute little face!
Egg hunting requires a very unique talent that this little boy has down pat! RUNNING! He didn't even get slowed down by the purple pumpkin!
And the smiles say it all. He made out like a bandit! We love this time of year and are so grateful for the beauty around us.

Cute, cute, cute!! And I happen to think the purple pumpkin is just the right touch for an Easter eggs hunt (and it's as if a 2 year old would care, anyways!!).

So I went running on Monday (I know, I should have called you) so then I thought I'll call her Tuesday to run......then is was so windy I decided not to go, and today is like 40 degrees!!!!
