This post is way over due since this event was in September, but at least I am getting to it! Every year my old hospital, St. Luke's, has something called a Women's Celebration. It is a huge event with a Women's Celebration and a 5K run/walk on the last day. So... my mom and I loaded Cash up and went to Boise for the womanly fun! I know, my poor son had to be surrounded by women for 2 days straight but we had so much fun. We shopped and ate and shopped and walked! Cash was pretty good through it all!
This picture was taken right before the walk began. Cash was pretty tired and it was kind of chilly at the beginning. The music was so loud and there were people EVERYWHERE. I am sure he was wondering what was going on??
This is Cash running through the fountain that was in the park at the finish line event. He was just so happy to be out of that stroller!! He even got to snack on a bagel. I hope he doesn't get too mad at me one day when he realizes that his shirt has women and girls dancing on the front!
Here is the clan at the starting line just waiting to go. It was a great time. The only thing that went wrong during the walk was that the front tire of my jogging stroller fell RIGHT off and started rolling away!!! I apparently didn't tighten it enough when I put it together that morning, but it was an easy fix and we were back on the road.
I am so glad that we were able to go and spend some time together. Hopefully we can do it again next year!

Oh my gosh! I was there too...I wish I could have found you in the 15,000 women that were there! Cash is so darn cute!
Great pictures, Hillary! Looks like you guys had a great time. So wish I could have been there, but I believe I had given birth something like 7 days prior to this event, so regardless of the distance, I doubt I would have bene joining you! :) LOL!
